The Magen David Adom emergency services says that it has not received any reports of injuries following the barrage of missiles fired by Iran at southern Israel early Friday morning.
The attack came a little under 24 hours after an Iranian missile hit Soroka hospital in Be'er Sheva and more than 70 people were injured across the country.
Eleven people were killed and several others wounded in an Israeli airstrike on a house west of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip, a source at Al-Aqsa Hospital told Al Jazeera early Friday.
The Israeli military early on Friday said that its air defenses successfully repelled a series of drone attacks launched by Iran.
Three drones were intercepted over the Dead Sea region, the military said on Telegram. Warning sirens were heard shortly after 3 A.M.
