Visiting Israeli expats are stranded in their 'homeland' with no way home

Hours before Israel launched an attack on Iran last week, Adi Baltar, who lives with her family in London, landed in Israel. Adi, who works for an Israeli biotechnology company, came to celebrate her mother's 70th birthday – without her children, aged 11 and five. "I came for a short visit," she says. "The children were waiting for me to return on Monday, but I'm still here."
