Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president and former minister K.T. Rama Rao has condemned Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president B. Mahesh Kumar Goud’s allegations against BRS leaders pertaining to phone tapping case and has issued a legal notice to him on Wednesday (June 18, 2025). Accusing the Congress government led by A. Revanth Reddy of making a fuss without evidence, he claimed that the case was a mere attempt to divert public attention from their inability to fulfill poll promises.
“Such disgraceful and unfounded accusations against me and other leaders of our party, without a shred of evidence, are highly condemnable,” he said, demanding that Mr. Goud immediately tender an unconditional public apology. He also added that his party cadre would not remain silent if such defamatory statements continued.
