This is the shocking moment a damaged Fiat 500 was spotted reversing erratically down a road with its boot open during riots in Salford.
The large group of 60 masked youths watched on as the car - which was missing its bumper - mounted the kerb and swerved on a grass verge yesterday afternoon, narrowly missing the crowd.
The driver managed to dodge other vehicles as they pulled out onto the road where the youths had reportedly set fire to vehicles and threw bricks at officers.
The car was allegedly driven by some of the masked youths, with some seen hanging out of the window and open boot.
A black car was also speeding along the street, with people appearing to be clinging to the roof and hanging out of the windows.
