This is the crash that finally got a 'feral' teenager jailed after he led police on a high speed chase - after a previous pursuit in which his goading of an award-winning officer led to him quitting the force.
Mason McGarry, 19, has been locked up in a young offenders' institution for 12 months after he hit a lorry and caused £1,200 worth of damage.
The shocking dashcam footage showed the teen dangerously driving his pal's Vauxhall Insignia with his sister on board, and squeezing out of a T junction in front of other law-abiding motorists in Chichester, West Sussex.
He then mounts a pavement and drives along the grass verge to undertake a lorry as a police patrol car with flashing blue lights follows in pursuit.
The five-minute chase saw McGarry speed at 60mph in a 40mph zone.
