Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, who is also the Chancellor of Kerala University (KU), nominated journalist M. Satheesan to the university Senate on Wednesday.

The Governor has also nominated Biju B., Professor and Dean (Academics), Department of Mechanical Engineering, MA College of Engineering, Kothamangalam, as the Dean of Faculty of Engineering, Kerala University. The nomination has been made for a period of two years.
