Class IX student of Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar, Sabbavarapu Sankara, will take part in the 20ᵗʰ Asian Roller-Skating Championship, Korea, according to a release here on Wednesday.
The Korea Roller Sports Federation, Government of Jocheon, will host the championship from July 20 to 30.
Since 2019, Mr. Sankara has won 34 gold, 21 silver, and 8 bronze medals so far in the district, State and the national events.
S.G. Chalam, convener, along with the principal and governing body members of the institution, congratulated Mr. Sankara on his selection.
