Topo Chico mineral water bottles shipped to five states were recalled due to the possible contamination of a bacteria that can be deadly to those with weakened immune systems, according to Coca-Cola.

The recalled products were removed from store shelves at 40 retail locations across Arizona, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas, a Coca-Cola spokesperson told USA TODAY.

Among those impacted stores are select Costco locations in Texas and Louisiana, the retailer said June 2. Costco said the recalled items − 18-packs of glass 16.9-ounce Topo Chico mineral water − were purchased between May 20 and May 29 at the impacted warehouses.

Costco added that the mineral water was voluntarily recalled by Coca-Cola due to the possibility of contamination with pseudomonas, a bacterium that can be naturally found in water sources, including mineral water.

No illnesses have been reported, according to Coca-Cola.
