A police sniffer dog uncovered £2,200 in cash and a large stash of cannabis after rummaging around in undergrowth in Cardiff.
Scout, a brown-haired spaniel, found the large wad of notes and 97g of the Class B drug hidden in a satchel bag in the Pentwyn area of the city.
The discovery came in the same week that five deal-sized bags of Class A drugs were also found in undergrowth nearby.
Scout uncovered the goods during a police search of the area that was carried out following reports of drug dealing.
South Wales Police wrote on social media: 'Ok, ok, it was us who let the dogs out... on this occasion PD Scout.
