A Texas mother was arrested and her infant daughter was taken away in what she is now calling a case of 'medical kidnapping.'

Alandria Seabron, 29, was indicted last month on charges of injury to a child with reckless bodily injury, CBS News reports.

But she and her husband, Quentin, claim this is all a medical misunderstanding - insisting that their daughter, Jirah, simply has a genetic condition that causes her to have brittle bones.

They told how Jirah had trouble latching onto her breast and gaining weight, even though Alandria was producing a lot of milk.

The couple eventually sought expert advice, and Alandria reduced breastfeeding and used a latching device.
