Mystery surrounds the final resting place of Virginia Giuffre four weeks after she was found dead in her home.

Giuffre took her own life on April 25 at her farmhouse in Neergabby, north of Perth, after the 'toll... became unbearable', according to her family.

Her body was transferred to the state mortuary for a post-mortem examination to determine the official cause of death.

It's understood her body was released to her estranged husband Robert Giuffre and her ashes are 'pending collection' at Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park in Perth.

Now distraught loved ones have broken their silence claiming they were shunned from her funeral and unable to pay their final respects.
