An Australian man has been arrested in Bali accused of smuggling more than 1.5kg of cocaine into Indonesia.
Officers from the Balinese drug squad arrested the man at an apartment in Canggu, southern Bali, on Thursday.
Sources told Daily Mail Australia the drugs were allegedly found after customs officers x-rayed a suspicious package from Thailand.
The package was addressed to the man's apartment, however he did not collect it for three weeks.
This prompted authorities to organise a controlled delivery operation in which officers delivered the suspicious package to the man's apartment.
