Donald Trump launched an extraordinary attack on the UK's Net Zero drive today.
The US president criticised Keir Starmer for focusing on 'costly and unsightly windmills' - insisting there should be more drilling in the North Sea.
The intervention is another headache for the PM, who is desperate to maintain warm relations with Mr Trump.
Sir Keir is also facing growing domestic unrest over the government's Net Zero push, championed by Ed Miliband.
Posting on his Truth Social site, the president said: 'Our negotiated deal with the United Kingdom is working out well for all.
