A notorious ‘female pimp’ who lured vulnerable girls as young as 13 to work for her as prostitutes has been quietly released from prison, MailOnline can reveal.
Amanda Spencer, 34, was jailed for 12 years in 2014, for one of the worst cases of female pimping in UK criminal history which caused public outrage and horror when it emerged.
Despite the horrific nature of her crimes - which had parallels with the large-scale grooming gangs across the north of England - Spencer is now walking the streets again.
Spencer would befriend schoolgirls, ply them with drink and drugs then persuade them to have sex with strangers in parks, flats and even public toilets.
She became a ‘pimp’ at 15 and for five years ran a ring of teenage prostitutes to raise cash to feed her addiction to drugs.
