An influencer has been hospitalised after her boyfriend allegedly stabbed her nine times during a livestream after she told him she wanted to break up with him.
Luna Ambrozevicius Abrahao, 22, was broadcasting live on Instagram from the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil on May 19 when her boyfriend launched the knife assault.
Video footage of the aftermath, which Luna captured on her phone, showed her howling in pain as blood poured from her body.
As she moves the camera, a giant blade that apparently broke off from the knife used in the attack can be seen lying next to her slashed foot, with a gaping wound visible between her big toe and her second toe.
She was rushed to hospital with multiple stab wounds and underwent emergency surgery and survived despite being stabbed in the head, in the back, in the hand and in the foot.
