Three of the suspects charged over arson attacks linked to Sir Keir Starmer are 'part of a conspiracy' involving other 'unknown' individuals, police have indicated.

Petro Pochynok, 34, of Holloway Road, north London, has been charged with conspiring with his two co-defendants, alongside with 'others unknown', to commit arson with intent to endanger life.

Suggestions that there were 'others unknown' in plans behind the fires of early May indicates a wider involvement in the arson attacks related to the prime minister, with some individuals possibly still at large.

Ukrainian national Pochynok appeared at Westminster magistrates’ court on May 21, where it was alleged that he conspired with fellow Ukrainian Roman Lavrynovych, 21, and Ukrainian-born Romanian national Stanislav Carpiuc 26, both aspiring models.

Two of the fires the charges relate to occurred in Kentish Town, north London - one in the early hours of May 12 at the home where Sir Keir lived before he became Prime Minister and moved into Downing Street, while the second occurred when a car was set alight in the same street on May 8.
