U.S. Stocks Less Attractive as Risk Premiums Remain Too Low

Risk premiums–or the compensation investors demand for investing in risky assets–remain too low in the U.S. given the economic risks related to tariffs, making U.S. equities less attractive, Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management said in a note. "Risk premiums are too low given the expected impact of Donald Trump's tariff policy," it said. The asset manager is slightly underweight on U.S. equities and is also "keeping the dollar under vigilance."
