An Albanian asylum seeker whose sexuality 'changed' has had his case thrown out after it emerged he is now married to a woman.
Esmir Demaj petitioned for the right to stay in Britain because he was a 'gay' man but was later found to have deliberately 'misled' the Home Office.
An immigration judge accepted 'sexuality is a spectrum' but said Demaj had done nothing to notify the government of his 'changed circumstances'.
It comes after the claimant informed a tribunal of the 'change' in between two legal bids to settle in the UK.
Demaj, a man with a history of 'absconding' immigration control, has now lost his bid to re-enter the UK.
