The BBC will have Nick Kyrgios and Wayne Rooney among its punditry line-ups for this summer’s coverage of Wimbledon and football’s European Championship finals.

Euro 2024 takes place in Germany from June 14 to July 14, and the BBC, which shares hosting rights with ITV, will broadcast live coverage of England’s first two group games against Serbia and Denmark, and Scotland’s against Switzerland and Hungary. Rooney will be on BBC’s slate of pundits alongside Joe Hart, his former England team-mate, David Moyes, who recently departed his role as West Ham United manager, and Thomas Frank, Brentford’s Danish head coach. Among the other pundits are Alan Shearer, Rio Ferdinand, Frank Lampard, Micah Richards, Cesc Fabregas, Ellen White, James McFadden, Rachel Corsie and Ashley Williams.
